Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back-office operations related to the Suryaghar Project.
Manage customer and distributor queries with professionalism and timely responses.
Maintain accurate data entry, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel and other computer applications.
Assist in handling distributor accounts, follow-ups, and order processing.
Ensure proper record-keeping and maintain confidentiality of company data.
Support management in project-related administrative tasks.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and computer applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in customer handling / distributor coordination will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
