🔹 Job Title: Back Office Executive
📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Nearby Turbhe and Sanpada Railway Station)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Inward and Outward entry records for all materials and documents.

• Oversee stock management, including inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and stock issuance.

• Record and maintain daily expenses, prepare reports, and assist in budget tracking.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

• Assist in generating internal reports as required by the management.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth back-office operations.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

• B.com or M. Com Graduate.

• Prior experience in a similar back-office or administrative role is preferred.
