Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The role includes handling data entry, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and manage databases.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical).
Provide administrative and clerical support to internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a back-office, administration, or data entry role.
Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).
