Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Identify, monitor, and analyze relevant tender opportunities (government and private) on various online/offline portals including GeM, CPPP, and other e-Procurement sites.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, etc.) to gather all necessary documentation for bid/tender submissions.
Prepare, compile, and submit comprehensive tender/bid documents as per the requirements of each opportunity.
Register and update company profiles on client portals, maintain accurate records of all submissions and correspondence.
Ensure all tender documents comply with industry regulations and company policies and are submitted before deadlines.
Attend pre-bid and tender opening meetings as required.
Liaise with government clients, vendors, and channel partners for clarifications, negotiations, and maintaining relationships.
Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in tendering, preparation of bids, GeM, and e-Procurement portals (mandatory).
Strong understanding of the tendering process, online bidding (GeM, eProcurement), and government procurement procedures.
Excellent attention to detail, superior organizational and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate and communicate with multiple departments and external agencies.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital document management.
Able to handle multiple tenders simultaneously, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
