We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, be comfortable working with data entry tools, and confidently coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of operational and logistics records.
Manage and update internal databases, documents, and filing systems.
Use MS Office tools (especially Excel) to prepare reports and maintain inventory, dispatch, and order tracking sheets.
Coordinate with transporters and courier partners (e.g., Porter, Wefast, Ola, etc.) for pickups and deliveries.
Track consignments and ensure proper documentation is maintained for dispatch.
Handle back-end support for dispatch planning and documentation.
Maintain organized physical and digital files for inventory, invoices, and dispatch documents.
Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to resolve logistics or documentation issues.
Basic computer knowledge (Windows, internet browsing, email handling)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
Familiarity with commonly used logistics apps such as Porter, Wefast, Ola, etc.
Good understanding of data filing and record-keeping systems
Basic communication skills (verbal and written in English and Hindi/Local language)
Confidence in speaking to transporters/logistics partners
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Basic training in computer operations (optional but preferred)
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
