The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential clients, sharing service information, and maintaining sales records. Make outbound calls to potential clients and inbound calls of existing customers..
Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the sales team.
Maintain a detailed log of calls, follow-ups, client feedback, and status updates.
Answer incoming sales-related queries professionally and convert them into leads when possible.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Generate daily/weekly call and follow-up reports for internal review.
