Data Entry & Record Keeping:
Maintain records of production, inventory, raw materials, and orders.
Update databases with purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipments.
Documentation:
Prepare and manage documents related to orders, invoices, and inventory.
Assist in the preparation of production reports, attendance sheets, and shipment documents.
Coordination:
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers as needed.
Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and quality control departments.
Support Functions:
Assist HR in maintaining employee records and attendance.
Support accounting with petty cash handling and invoice filing.
Handle emails, phone calls, and basic customer service tasks.
Inventory & Store Management Support:
Assist in stock checks and reconciling inventory.
Monitor the use and reorder of office and factory supplies.
