Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•      Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

•      Customer Relation Calls, Balance confirmation calls.

•      Clerical accounting work.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Communication Skills :

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,inclucingabilitytoeffectivelycommunicatewithinternaland external company's stalT/leam members.

Work Experience Requirements:

•      Minimum 2-3 years of experience.

•      Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office -Word,Excel, VLookup Table, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting and Outlook).

•      Musi be able lo work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive altitude and providing exemplary customer service.

•      Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion 'hithln parameters of instructions given, prescribed

. routines, and standard accepted practices.

Good communication skills in English(Vocal and Email Drafting).
