Key Responsibilities:
• Make calls to potential clients (fresh calling) to introduce company products/services.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for updates, reminders, and renewals.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports and activity logs to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments for customer queries and support.
