Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain records of orders, invoices, and customer databases.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other official documents.
Handle customer queries via email and phone, ensuring prompt resolution.
Maintain stock records and update inventory status regularly.
Assist in compliance and reporting as per company policies.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
