We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the company’s administrative and operational functions. The role involves data management, documentation, record keeping, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Manage and maintain company databases, records, and files.
Handle data entry, processing, and verification tasks with accuracy.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping processes.
Provide support to HR, Finance, and Operations teams as required.
Respond to emails, queries, and internal communication promptly.
Coordinate with front-office and other departments to streamline processes.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a back-office or administrative role is an advantage.
Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be a plus.
