Job Title:Back Office – Order Processing Support
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 years
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday working; weekly off on any other weekday)
Key Responsibilities
Order Entry & Processing
• Accurately enter orders received via email and website into the order management system
• Ensure timely updates and completion of orders
Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate with channel partners for outstation deliveries
• Liaise with in-house Artist and Delivery teams for local Mumbai-based orders
Client Communication
• Send order confirmation emails to clients
• Respond to client queries professionally and promptly
Documentation
• Print acknowledgment slips and message cards for local deliveries
Requirements
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or order processing roles preferred
• Training on internal software will be provided
