We are looking for a highly skilled Back Office Executive with strong computer proficiency to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative support. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and possess advanced computer knowledge. Candidates with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications will be given preference.
Perform data entry, documentation, and report preparation with accuracy.
Create and manage presentations, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Office tools.
Maintain and update company records, databases, and files.
Support the management team with back-office operations and administrative tasks.
Analyze and organize information to assist in decision-making.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Leverage AI tools/software (if skilled) to automate and enhance office productivity.
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Advanced knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of AI tools and automation will be an added advantage.
