Position: Back Office
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles .
Salary: Rs. 25000 to Rs. 35000 PM
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Job Descriptions:
Manage and maintain company databases, records, and files.
Handle data entry, updating, and verification tasks accurately.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS (Management Information System) data.
Support HR, accounts, logistics, and purchase departments with administrative requirements.
Manage emails, correspondence, and follow-up on pending tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of company information and client data.
Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in back-office/administrative roles .
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
