Job Description:
We are hiring for the role of Back Office Executive – HR Recruiter (Voice Process). The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment activities including voice-based communication with candidates.
Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential candidates
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews over the phone
Coordinating with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
Maintaining recruitment data and daily reports
Assisting the HR team in various hiring-related tasks
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Good to Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Freshers and experienced both can apply
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
