We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant. This role is central to supporting the operations of our wealth management business, with a focus on mutual funds, insurance, and other investment-related products. The individual will handle end-to-end backend operations, client coordination for approvals, and ensure smooth documentation and billing processes.
Manage all backend operational tasks related to financial products (mutual funds, insurance, etc.).
Handle documentation, data entry, and processing of client transactions with accuracy.
Coordinate with clients for transaction approvals, follow-ups, and basic clarifications.
Maintain and update client records in a timely and organized manner.
Prepare and manage client billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks with attention to detail.
Minimum qualification: Graduate and above (any discipline).
Ability to read and write in English with basic communication skills for client interactions.
Mandatory: Knowledge to operate a computer, including MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Mandatory: Ability to draft, write, and send professional emails.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
Fresher candidates are also welcome
Knowledge of mutual funds, insurance products, or other financial instruments.
Prior experience in back-office operations, finance, or administrative roles.
