Job Description:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and a strong foundation in accounts and finance.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records

- Good Experience in Tally and MS Excel and Fluent in English

- Handle accounts and finance-related tasks

- Ensure smooth office operations

- Can coordinate with the team

- Maintain dispatch report of material from the parties

- Good in Mail communications

- Can understand the process of order fetching booking and execution with a role of catalyst to faster processing & not hindering it

- follow Up from the parties

- Accuracy to be maintained

- immediate joining preferred

Requirements:

- CBSE schooling

- Bachelor's/master's degree in commerce (BCom/MCom), Business Administration (BBA), or Finance (MBA)

- Strong communication skills in English

- Good knowledge of accounts and finance

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month
