Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Back Office Executive – QC to join our team in the night shift for our International BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality in backend data processes and reports, contributing to overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify backend data for accuracy and completeness

• Perform quality checks on data entered by front-end teams

• Identify and report any discrepancies or errors found in the process

• Maintain records and documentation related to QC checks

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quality-related issues

• Adhere to SLA and TAT requirements

• Generate QC reports and share feedback for process improvement

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Comfortable working in night shifts (USA timing)
