Telesales:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automation products (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, etc.)
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries received via calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
Understand customer requirements and share product offers, specifications, and pricing.
Coordinate with the field sales team for order closures and appointment scheduling.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with call logs and customer details.
Back Office:
Prepare and share quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales documents.
Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and follow-up with vendors/customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and deliveries in Excel or ERP system.
Handle incoming calls and walk-in customer inquiries at the office.
Support the sales team in daily administrative and documentation tasks.
Good communication skills (verbal & written in English and Hindi)
Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive ability
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic understanding of industrial products (preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telesales/back office/sales coordination
Candidates from electrical/automation background will be preferred
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
