We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative and support tasks such as data entry, document verification, database management, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Enter and maintain accurate data into internal systems and databases.
Prepare and verify reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure timely processing of tasks.
Handle email communication and documentation management.
Perform quality checks on data and documents submitted.
Assist in maintaining proper filing systems and record-keeping procedures.
Process and track orders, invoices, and receipts.
Handle customer queries and complaints by routing them to the appropriate department.
Support compliance and audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar back-office or administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of CRM or ERP software systems.
Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles (if applicable).
Experience in document handling and electronic records management.
