Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Back Office Executive who is proactive, detail-oriented, and
technologically skilled. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication
skills (written and spoken), strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and be comfortable
using AI tools and digital platforms.
The role requires efficient data handling, client communication, and back-office coordination
to support marketing and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Networking:
o Send 30 connection requests to targeted healthcare professionals daily.
o Achieve a minimum of 5 accepted connections per day.
Data Collection:
o Research and gather relevant data from the internet for lead generation and
business insights.
Client Communication:
o Send 30 professional emails per day to prospective clients.
Proposal Creation:
o Prepare and send 20–30 proposals per month to clients based on
requirements.
Presentation Development:
o Create 8–10 PowerPoint presentations per month for internal and client
meetings.
Online Meetings:
o Coordinate and ensure completion of 8 online meetings per month with
qualified leads or clients.
Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on data collection,
communication, and performance metrics.
o Support data management, and documentation accuracy.
Coordination & Support:
o Assist in administrative tasks and coordinate between sales, marketing, and
management teams for smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English Hindi & Bengali.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Tech- and AI-savvy, with the ability to use digital and AI-based tools effectively.
Knowledge of professional email etiquette and business communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery of tasks.
Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Prior experience in healthcare, or sales support will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with data management systems(DBMS).
