Coordinating with the field and medical team for Mobile Medical Van Camps.
Supporting the hospital team in day-to-day activities (GD work, construction related work).
Overseeing medicine procurement and monitoring expiry to avoid wastage.
Assisting in implementation and follow-up of Sevalaya’s health projects.
Coordinating with the purchase team for daily requirements, including provision-related work.
Working in close coordination with Anand Sir, Head – Applied Learning, for activities related to the Tuition Centers and Community colleges in Gudalur.
Having a dedicated Center In-charge will help streamline processes and ensure efficiency in operations at the Nilgiris center.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Maintain records of attendance, inventory, and activities.
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and local authorities when required.
Ensure effective execution of educational, healthcare, or skill development programs as per Sevalaya’s curriculum and guidelines.
Monitor outcomes and suggest improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Supervise, guide, and support center staff, including teachers, trainers, and support staff.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and training sessions.
Manage staffing schedules and resolve any interpersonal or professional conflicts.
Build strong relationships with Local communities, Parents, Beneficiaries, and Stakeholders.
Organize outreach activities, events, and campaigns to promote the center’s mission.
Submit timely reports on center performance, budgets, incidents, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with internal audit and monitoring processes.
Graduate degree in Social Work, Education, Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in managing Community programs or Educational institutions.
Strong Leadership, Communication, and Problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Local language and Culture is preferred.
Willingness to work in rural/semi-urban areas.
