We are looking for a motivated Back-Office Executive to support daily office operations and assist in managing customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries
Generate and follow up on new leads
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Maintain records, files, and basic documentation
Provide support to the sales and operations team as needed
Skills Required:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
