Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office cum Communication Executive to support our operational and client communication needs in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong command of MS Office tools, and a professional approach when dealing with both domestic and international clients. Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Back Office Operations
Prepare and manage documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and inquiries.
Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Maintain and update databases, reports, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
Client Communication
Professionally handle email communication with domestic and international clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and WhatsApp.
Draft formal communications including quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
Assist in coordination during client visits and meetings.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and post engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Assist in basic SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
Support online promotions and email marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to improve online visibility.
