Looking for a candidate for office assistant profile for a construction and fabrication company in Ranchi.

Job Responsibility:-

• Handling day-to-day office work and coordination

• Managing office emails, calls, and documentation

• Managing printing, scanning, and filing work

• Courier tracking and vendor follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Good in internet browsing & using PDF tools

• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Able to read & fill online forms and applications

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Should be responsible, punctual, and quick learner

Salary : 10K - 12K

Timings: Monday To Saturday (10 am to 7pm)
