Responsibilities
Data entry and management: Compile, organize, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and management information systems (MIS).
Administrative support: Perform general office tasks such as filing, printing, creating reports, sending emails, managing schedules, and ordering supplies.
Financial processing: Handle accounting duties, which may include processing invoices, bills, and receipts.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, such as the front office, sales, and accounts, to ensure a seamless workflow.
Client query resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries via phone or email, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
Inventory control: Assist with managing and keeping track of office supplies, equipment, and company stock.
Report generation: Prepare and generate reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
Market research: Conduct research to gather and process data on consumer preferences, market trends, or other business environments.
