Job Title: Option Trading Hedger

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined individual to support our option trading activities by managing hedges, monitoring positions, and ensuring risk is controlled. The role requires accuracy, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn about financial markets.

Responsibilities:

Assist in executing hedging strategies for stock market option positions.

Track and update trading positions daily in Excel.

Monitor margin requirements and account balances.

Record and reconcile trades with accuracy.

Report profit/loss, exposure, and hedging requirements regularly.

Work closely with trader/mentor to implement strategies.

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge (MS-CIT or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, record-keeping).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Analytical mindset and willingness to learn stock market concepts.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a disciplined manner.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

Knowledge of stock market basics, options & futures.

Prior experience in data entry, back-office, or financial operations.
