The candidate will manage documentation, coordinate with clients and customs officials, and support operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing customs clearance documents

• Coordinating with shipping lines, CFS, transporters, and clients

• Filing shipping bills, bills of entry, and other customs forms

• Maintaining organized records of documents and communication

• Supporting the front office team in daily operational tasks

• Handling emails, invoicing, and data entry

• Reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / any stream preferred)

• Knowledge of customs documentation and CHA work is an advantage

• Basic computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Email writing

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Freshers can apply; experience in CHA / logistics preferred
