Assist with day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, couriers, etc.).
Maintain office supplies and place orders when stock is low.
Organize and file documents (both physical and digital).
Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with calendar management.
Support staff in printing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Greet visitors and ensure a professional and welcoming front office.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office areas.
Help coordinate office events, maintenance requests, and vendor services.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Polite, professional, and customer-service oriented.
