Handle day-to-day back-office operations efficiently.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
Prepare reports, manage files, and ensure timely data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office functioning.
Manage emails, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks.
Assist in preparing invoices, statements, and other required documents.
Support management in operational and clerical tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all company information.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Fast typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
