Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

• Maintain and update student records and data efficiently.
• Follow up on fee payments and outstanding dues.
• Manage offline and online enrolments through the designated portal.
• Coordinate courier and dispatch activities.
• Provide excellent student services, including sorting study materials, addressing queries, and handling calls and emails.
• Conduct documentation tasks and perform data entry, both online and offline.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
