Job Summary
We’re hiring Approval Executive to manage all statutory approvals, permits, and licenses required for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in regulatory frameworks, government processes, and municipal norms relevant to the construction industry. The role involves liaising with various government departments and ensuring timely acquisition and renewal of all project-related permissions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Obtain and renew licenses and approvals from local municipal bodies, development authorities, and government departments (e.g., BMC, MHADA, SRA, RERA, etc.).
2. Coordinate with project teams, legal consultants, and government officials for submission and follow-up of required documents.
3. Maintain a tracking system for all approvals, permissions, and license expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.
4. Handle documentation and compliance related to:
· Building plan approvals
· Construction commencement (CC)
· Intimation of Disapproval (IOD)
· Occupation Certificate (OC)
· Environmental clearances
· Fire NOC, lift license, etc.
5. Stay updated with local and state-level regulatory changes and incorporate necessary adjustments to licensing strategy.
6. Prepare reports and maintain an organized database of all applications, approvals, correspondence, and status updates.
Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering preferred).
· Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA, and municipal approval processes.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing and approvals within the construction or real estate sector.
· Prior experience dealing with BMC, Town Planning, or other civic authorities is highly desirable.
Key Skills:
· Good knowledge of government and municipal approval processes
· Strong communication and coordination abilities
· Marathi Language (Both Spoken & Writing is Must)
· Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software
· Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in construction
