About the Role:We are looking for an Admin Support Executive to manage day-to-day operations for our women’s apparel brand. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with workers, maintaining daily work records, and ensuring smooth workflow in the production department.Key Responsibilities:Assign and distribute daily tasks to workers based on production prioritiesMaintain Excel sheets for daily work updates, production status, and attendance recordsMonitor and track ongoing work to ensure timely completionCoordinate with the production and design team for updates and requirementsMaintain proper documentation of material usage and daily outputProvide daily and weekly reports to managementHandle basic administrative tasks related to production and worker managementRequirements:Good communication and coordination skillsGood English speaking and writing skillsBasic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsAbility to multitask and manage a team of workers efficientlyPrior experience in the garment/apparel industry will be an advantageMinimum education: Graduate or Diploma holderWork Type: Full-time
