Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient office management. The role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting the smooth functioning of company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other documentation.
Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, stationery, and utility arrangements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance needs.
Prepare and maintain administrative reports, records, and files.
Support HR and Finance teams with documentation and coordination as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails efficiently.
Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and support internal communications.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
