We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to handle the following responsibilities:
Billing & Payments: Track outstanding payments, prepare invoices, and monitor collection status.
Cost Control: Analyze company expenses and support cost-saving measures.
Documentation: Maintain proper records, manage contracts/AMCs, and ensure legal compliance.
Internal Support: Provide necessary documents and support to technicians and sales teams.
Tele Calling: Record and update meeting details (with whom and when).
Requirements:
Good communication & organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office / Excel
Basic understanding of accounts and documentation
