SketchUp 3D Designer (Exterior)

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented SketchUp Designer with experience in facade and landscape 3D modeling. If you’re passionate about creating clean, accurate architectural models and have a solid portfolio of exterior work — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of building facades and landscaping using SketchUp.

• Work closely with our visualization team to ensure model accuracy and render-readiness.

• Interpret 2D drawings and translate them into optimized 3D geometry.

• Maintain clean layers, naming conventions, and proper model organization.

• Coordinate revisions based on team/client feedback.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in exterior facade and landscape 3D modeling.

• Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory).

• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.

• A well-organized portfolio with samples of facade or landscaping work.

• Must own a reliable laptop capable of handling SketchUp projects.

• Comfortable with hybrid work (some office presence required).
