Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

1. Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring smooth execution as per project plans.

2. Labour Management: Manage and coordinate workers on-site, ensuring productivity and discipline.

3. Quality Control: Conduct checks on materials received, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

4. Inventory Management: Maintain and track construction materials, tools, and site resources.

5. GRN (Goods Receipt Note): Manually verify and record the receipt of materials on-site.

6. Daily Reporting: Submit site progress reports, material usage, and labour attendance to management.

7. Work Execution: Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety and quality.

8. Problem-Solving (Fire-Fighting Approach): Address site challenges efficiently, making quick decisions when needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Good understanding of basic construction techniques and project execution.

2. Street-smart and proactive in handling site issues and challenges.

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

4. Strong communication and leadership skills for handling labourers and contractors.

5. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and timely work execution.

Additional Requirements:

1. Must own a bike/2-wheeler for easy site travel.
