KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design Validation (2D & 3D)
Review 2D drawings and 3D views for technical accuracy and feasibility.
Check dimensions, clearances, fitments, and hardware placement.
Ensure adherence to modular standards and factory constraints; eliminate errors before production.
Secure client sign-off on final drawings.
2. Pre-Sales Quote Preparation
Prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and quotes with fast turnaround (same day/24 hrs).
Assist clients/dealers with material, finish, and hardware choices as per budget.
Ensure clarity in pricing, inclusions, and exclusions.
3. Production Design
Verify design feasibility based on actual site conditions.
Create optimised board layouts and generate accurate cutlists with required edge-banding details.
Provide value-engineering suggestions and align designs to factory capabilities.
Act as a technical link between design, factory, and site teams.
4. Site Visits & Coordination
Pre-installation: verify measurements, site readiness, services, and wall/floor levels.
During installation: coordinate with carpenters, resolve technical issues, ensure adherence to drawings.
Post-installation: inspect quality, finishing, and hardware; prepare snag lists; ensure final output matches approved drawings.
5. Factory Coordination
Prepare complete production packs (final drawings, specs, hardware list, finishes, cutlists).
Address factory queries promptly and ensure components match approved designs.
Work with the factory to minimise errors, wastage, and rework.
6. Dealer & Internal Team Support
Provide quick design checks, quotes, and technical clarifications.
Maintain updated catalogues, finishes, price lists, and module libraries.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project flow across all stages.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain version-controlled drawings and client/dealer approvals.
Track project progress from enquiry to installation and closure.
Update QA checklists and prepare basic reports on quotes handled, project issues, and learnings.
