We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with 8–9 years of professional experience in the field of architecture. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of complex building lifecycle management and a proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial and hospital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.

Oversee all phases of project development, including planning, design, construction documentation, and execution.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and compliance.

Review and ensure adherence to all applicable building codes, including NBC (National Building Code) and building bye-laws.

Prepare and supervise the preparation of detailed drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

8–9 years of relevant experience in architecture, with a focus on large commercial and healthcare (hospital) projects.

Strong knowledge of the entire building lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction and post-occupancy.

Excellent command of NBC, local building bye-laws, and other relevant regulatory codes.

Proficient in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
