Position Summary

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our dynamic and energetic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about quantity surveying, and capable of coordinating effectively with clients and site engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents

• Evaluate and compare vendor/subcontractor quotations

• Coordinate with site engineers and clients for project tracking and billing

• Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budget

• Maintain detailed records of materials, labor, and project timelines

• Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and client invoices

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 4–5 years in Quantity Surveying

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Tally, and MS Excel

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to multi-task and manage project timelines effectively

Salary Package : 35000 to 40000
