• Quantity Take off From GFC,BOQ Preparation,Rate Analysis.

• Visiting all our Project Measurements as per the site sholud be taken at different locations in India.

• Vendor Bill Checking Certification & Documents Maintanance.

• Payments Timelines checking & Maintainance.

• Reconcillation of Materials,Vendor Bills & Client Bills

• Clinet Running Bill Praparation & Submission.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in Civil Engineer/ Interior Design Minimum Qualification and Experience Range 3 to 6 Years. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
