Key Responsibilities:
Get acquainted with strengths, opportunities and weaknesses (SOW ) of company
Representing company with presentation of high values always
· Work with the team, to generate leads and market information
· Planning and overseeing new initiatives
· Secure, recall business from existing customers while targeting new ones
· Build market position by locating, defining, and strengthening business relationships
· Work ethically and with integrity to achieve business goals
· Formulate presentations for client submission as per the guidelines of company
· Build a network with PMC, Architects and Clients for better branding, work progress etc.
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
· Constant following up of new and old leads with eye on the market expansion
· Maintain the lead master
· Provide the regular Management information as to the plan, action and results periodically.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
