- The Interior Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
2. Site Management:
- Supervise and coordinate interior trades, works as per plan/detailed drawings

- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

- Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and labourers.

- Provide guidance, training, and feedback to ensure skill development.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and quality standards.

- Identify and resolve defects, deficiencies, or non-conformities.

- Conduct regular quality inspections and report findings.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.

- Provide progress updates, reports, and documentation.
- Resolve site conflicts, disputes, or issues promptly.
- Address technical challenges, defects, or design inconsistencies.
- Experience minimum 2 years in interior construction supervision.
- Diploma or equivalent required; degree in, Interior or related field preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizes tasks, and meets deadlines.
