We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior design and fit-out projects. This role is responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring work quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all interior site activities, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and furniture installation.

• Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor the project timeline and coordinate with project managers to avoid delays.

• Liaise with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

• Inspect and verify incoming materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent work disruption.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Assist in procurement and inventory tracking of materials and tools required on-site.
