About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor to join our team and oversee the execution of interior design projects—from layout planning to final handover. This role requires a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing spaces within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior site work from start to finish, ensuring it aligns with approved designs and quality standards.

• Interpret and implement 2D and 3D architectural/interior drawings on-site.

• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.

• Source materials and finishes; ensure timely delivery and quality of materials used on site.

• Monitor daily site progress, solve on-site challenges, and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is executed as per timelines.

• Maintain documentation, site reports, and updates for internal and client communication.
