About the Role:

Ingrain Architects is looking for passionate and detail-oriented Site Supervisors and Senior Site Supervisors to oversee the on-site execution of commercial interior projects. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor interior site work for commercial projects.

• Ensure execution as per design drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, design teams, vendors, and contractors.

• Track material requirements, deliveries, and site progress.

• Maintain site reports and ensure safety and quality compliance.

• Support project handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture.

• Commercial project experience is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of interior detailing and on-site execution.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Ability to handle multiple sites and teams.

Experience Level:

• Site Supervisor: 2 – 4 years of experience in commercial interior sites.

• Senior Site Supervisor: 5 – 8 years of experience with proven site leadership and project delivery experience.
