Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per design, drawings, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct quality checks on material and workmanship as per company standards.
Maintain daily site reports (work progress, labor attendance, material stock).
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Report site issues, delays, and requirements to management.
Assist in preparing project schedules, purchase orders, and bills.
Coordinate between site, office team, and clients for updates and approvals.
Manage documentation – contracts, invoices, warranty papers, and project files.
Follow up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of material.
Handle basic admin work such as filing, emails, and record-keeping.
Support HR in maintaining attendance, leaves, and staff coordination.
