About the Role:

We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our Vashi CIDCO project to oversee day-to-day site activities, manage labour, coordinate material planning, interpret drawings, and communicate with clients for design and finish preferences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing on-site operations efficiently and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities and labour performance.Plan daily/weekly work targets as per drawings and project schedule.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely material delivery.Maintain records of material usage and ensure quality checks.Understand and interpret basic civil/interior drawings and BOQs.Discuss and finalize design and style requirements with clients on-site.Conduct safety and quality checks and maintain a clean, organized site.Report daily progress and site updates to the Project Manager.Handle on-site challenges and labour coordination independently.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil or Interior Engineering preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (residential/commercial/interior).Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, drawings, and materials (cement, steel, tiles, paint, etc.).Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple labour teams and meet deadlines.Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and skills)Incentives: Performance-based bonus & project completion benefits

Work Schedule:

Timing: 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM

(1-hour lunch break)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Location:

Vashi, Navi Mumbai (CIDCO Project Site)
