We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development team in the interior design domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating client interactions, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team to manage leads and client interactions
Follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, or messages
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations as per client requirements
Maintain and update the CRM database and track the sales pipeline
Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Liaise with design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met
Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS, and documentation
Respond to inquiries from clients and provide after-sales support when needed
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, Interior Design)
1–3years of experience as a sales coordinator or similar role in the interior, construction, or real estate industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
Knowledge of interior design terms and processes
Ability to handle client calls professionally
Experience in coordinating between design and sales teams
Fluency in English and local language (if applicable)
