Prepare and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
Prepare quantity estimations and cost summaries based on project drawings and BOQs.
Generate accurate client bills and vendor bills as per project stages.
Ensure proper documentation and records of all site activities, material consumption, and variations.
Reconcile vendor bills with actual work done and site measurements.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure timely billing and planning.
Handle client follow-ups and ensure timely payments.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting for ongoing projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in project planning, estimation, or billing (interior/execution domain preferred).
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and site coordination.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and reports.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project environments.
Familiarity with TDS/GST and basic financial compliance for billing.
